Hello and thank you for checking out Sir Mixology. I'm Phillip. I'm a Northwest Arkansas native, Army Veteran, avid disc golfer, vibe bringer, and maker of things (especially cocktails!).
As a fan of the creative side of the beverage industry I became absolutely enamored with cocktails: how different people can see the same items and come up with wildly different and delicious beverages. Obsessed even. I love the history, the technique evolution, the seasonality, everything. Which is why I started Sir Mixology—I want to bring that passion and excitement to the masses either in cocktail classes, mobile bar experiences, or however else I can!

No bio of me would be complete without mentioning my constant companion and partner in crime, Willie—a ridiculously photogenic pup who has claimed the unofficial title of Sir Mixology's Chief Morale Officer. Willie doesn't mix drinks, but he's an expert at stealing hearts and hogging the carpet. If you're lucky, you might just meet him at your next event.
